Jessie & Bryan’s son stole the last two nights of sleep from them…and they feel horrible! So why not discuss sleep on this episode? People talk about sleep being a major pillar within your life, we would argue that sleep is the foundation that all pillars are built on.

- Try to have your last meal 2 to 4 hours prior to bed time. Analyze how it impacts your sleep.
- Journal when you went to bed & when your last meal was. Then analyze how you feel in the morning.
